To achieve this strategy, we seek an Assistant Manager based in Emerald to support an experienced Relationship Manager with an extensive client portfolio.

You will work closely with the Relationship Manager to create sustained business growth whilst maintaining sound risk management to ensure portfolio quality is maintained. You will assist with financial analysis and credit risk assessment, also monitor, interpret and execute customers' financial strategies. This role requires a strong relationship focus, assisting with customer enquiries and suggestions of ongoing improvements to service customers' banking requirements.

The ideal candidate has experience within banking and finance, and the ability to interpret implications of financial trends. You have strong problem solving and analytical skills, as well as understanding of credit/financial analysis fundamentals. You are a team player with a strong interest in developing a career in a customer-focused role. Excellent verbal and written communication and time management skills are a must. A tertiary qualification or current studies in Business/Commerce is desirable..
