Assistant Manager - Global Workforce Management

Experience - excellent understanding of large complex operations management e.g. workforce management tools, planning methodology etc. ·
Proven planning and service management skills and experience across multiple sites Effective communication, inter-personal and negotiating skills
Proven ability to understanding and translate the immediate and evolving business strategy and aligning direction accordingly.

Responsibilities

Support the Head of Global Operations Workforce Management
Develop, implement and manage a Global workforce capacity planning model including a capacity planning model that is easy to use by all sites and can react to volume and staffing changes. The model must predict peaks and troughs and be flexible in its reporting of various workforce options
Ensure effective planning and management of onshore/offshore resources and/or systems, across multiple sites - to meet service levels and agreed staffing ratios. Develop methods to predict volumes for all regions/countries and create a process to manage work flow variances from country to country so that stringent compliance timing requirements are met.·
Role holder may be required to manage multiple responsibilities involving interaction with several business areas, the role holder will have a higher degree of responsibilities across multiple countries with larger spans of control and complexity.
The jobholder will also adhere to and be able to demonstrate adherence to internal controls.
