ASSISTANT STORE MANAGERS (Salary with Benefits)
Successful Assistant Store Manager Candidates will have merchandising and supervisory experience.
With a drive to run your own store in the future.
You must be able to control shrink and implement operational directives within the store. Training of employees in customer service, merchandising, driving sales, safety, and increasing bottom line profit will be some of the job requirements. Self starter, positive problem solver, is able to work as a team or independently. Excellent verbal/written communications skills and follow through are necessary for this position.
