Assistant Manager, Compliance recruitment
Job Description:
- Conduct regular compliance monitoring procedures and checking
- Handle disclosure of interest and other reporting and filing for the group
- Handle licensing related matters and other regulatory filing for the group and liaise with SFC on their enquiries
- Handle trade and staff dealing approval and monitoring and review trade-related and staff dealing-related reports
- Provide advice and guidelines, including briefing sessions, to staff on compliance issues relating to the regulated activities
- Formulate compliance training programs for staff
- Coordinate with IT on system enhancement and user-acceptance testing for features related to compliance
- Assist in researching and updating guidelines, rules and regulations and implement applicable policies and procedures
- Assist in other tasks assigned and ad-hoc projects
Candidate requirements:
- Bachelor Degree with major in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- Minimum 3 to 4 years experience in handling compliance matters, experience with fund house is preferred
- Familiar with SFC codes and guidelines, Securities and Futures Ordinance and other relevant regulatory requirements
- Good analytical and communication skills and able to work independently
- Extremely details oriented
- Team Player
- Able to multiple-tasking
- Immediate available or with short notice is highly preferred
