Assistant Manager – Cork recruitment
Our Client, a high profile domestic bank currently has a requirement to hire an assistant manager. The Job is based in Cork and will be within a team of talented bankers and is a fast paced environment.
The role:
- Undertake a review of business plans including in depth due diligence to develop best options to maximise loan recovery and implement as appropriate
- Prepare and present credit papers
- Strong working knowledge of the procedures and practices involved with NAMA cases
- Manage debtor relationships to ensure maximum loan recovery
- Monitor "performance vs parameters" required in relation to facilities provided post agreement of business plan
- Provide leadership and support for team members
- Liaise with professional advisors when required
The Candidate:
- Knowledge of insolvency law and its implementation procedures
- Communication, time management and prioritisation skills
- Advanced level of skills from a credit point of view is a must
- Monitoring and control skills
- Proven leadership skills
- Analytical ability and creative approach to problem solving
- A results driven attitude and a proven ability to succeed in a challenging, constantly environment are essential.
- QFA qualified or at the final stages of the QFA exams
