ASSISTANT MANAGER, CORPORATE ACTIONS recruitment

The successful candidate will manage a team of staff within the Corporate Actions area, providing a quality outsourced service at all times, achieving maximum efficiency in the processing of global corporate events. They will ensure that all tasks are completed in line with agreed procedures and deadlines as dictated by various SLA’s in operation. The role holder will contribute towards the team’s continual improvement and monitoring and motivating of staff. They will also provide technical knowledge and expertise in the area of corporate actions as well as maintain industry awareness.
