Assistant Manager – Corporate Planning recruitment

Work with the Head of Corporate Planning in setting and articulating the organisations’ 5-year strategy

Coordinate with all departments - HR, Marketing, Finance, Projects, Development and Facilities Management - to ensure the development of annual plans

Working closely with the Finance function, contribute to the consolidated strategic and business plans

Undertake the business performance management process including setting KPIs and targets in coordination with all departments. Monitor and report on divisional performance using Balanced Scorecards

Contribute towards revising the company’s vision and mission statements, setting goals, objectives and monitoring progress against the plan

Ensure that corporate objectives are properly cascaded to all departments, via a series of workshops with group and department managers and planning personnel

Coordinate management meetings including weekly, monthly and offsite meetings

Requirements:

Approximately 10 years relevant work experience

Minimum of 3-5 years spent in the Real Estate / Property Development sector

Demonstrated knowledge and experience of corporate planning, strategic objective setting, balance scorecard

Experience of presenting information at Board-level

MBA or finance background preferred

English language skills - essential

Arabic language skills – advantage but not essential
