Our client is a leading financial institution here in Ireland and abroad. On their behalf we are actively seeking Assistant Managers and Officer’s to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Approving and preparing Business plans for debtors
- Use experience and attention to details when reviewing key factors to ensure decision makers are kept up to date
- Provide assessments and recommendations on credit limits for the approval of Line Management
- Full and daily support will be required to be given to senior management in the credit unit
- Give input into the updating and development of Credit Policy and Best Practice
- Provide guidance to clients in relation to credit matters and for new or unusual proposals
- Become an integral part of a solid and professional team and establish yourself as a key member
The successful candidate should possess:
- Credit Management Financial Markets Knowledge - A proven track record in credit evaluation and management over an extended period
- Customer Relationship Building: A deep understanding of the need to provide distinctive quality customer service and to develop long term profitable customer relationships for Capital Markets
- Problem Solving Decision-Making: Identifying and analysing issues and problems, developing solutions and using judgement to make sound and dependable decisions
- Communication Influence: Communicating ideas and information in a constructive and positive manner to make a positive impact and to influence others to agree an outcome or take a course of action
- Commitment: Dedicated, dependable, taking prompt action to deliver results and respond resourcefully to opportunities and challenges
- Change Innovation: Being flexible and enterprising and proactive in recommending ideas, solutions and methods to improve business performance
Requirements:
- Third level degree
- QFA qualified
- Strong analytical skills
- Commitment to maintaining a strong relationship with an existing client base
- Strong business acumen and development skills
- Strong Relationship Management skills
