Assistant Manager in Call Center

Your profile: Third level degree or appropriate professional qualification. Previous Management Experience managing a team of 50+. Customer Service experience, in a call center will be a plus. Medical Insurance knowledge are required (experience and/or degree). Excellent communication skills both written and verbal at all levels. Ability to work under pressure. Highly motivated and able to work on own initiative. An other European language would be definitely a plus!

 

The role: Monitor department productivity levels. Implementing new projects. Communicate weekly figures of the team. Identify, develop and implement protocols/system enhancements to assist in maximising productivity and improving service quality in order to maintain client retention levels. Ensure training of team members. Plus other duties.

 

The offer: This role is a permanent contract and the company is offering a competitive salary of €45,000 OTE. Full training and excellent benefits are on offer. Opportunities for career progression as well !
