Come be a part of our winning team with the Out of the Closet Vintage Store as we prepare for our “Grand Opening” in Amsterdam in April, 2012.   We have an immediate need for a FT “Head of Sales” who will report to the Store Manager.  Responsibilities will include but are not limited to assisting in the day-to-day operations, providing superior customer service, training employees and achieving nest contribution goals. The ideal candidate must be able to work 38 hours a week including weekends, holidays and evenings.

 

·      Must have a minimum of 1 year experience supervising and training employees in a retail or financial environment.

·      Merchandising and operational programs experience is essential

·      PC skills including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel;

·      Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs. and long periods of standing

·      Exhibit and teach a customer focused attitude;

·      Demonstrate a sense of urgency and attention to detail;

·      Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Dutch English
