With over 150 stores nationwide, our client one of the UKs fasting growing retailers is rapidly evolving. Following a fantastic year in 2011 the company plan to launch a brand new exciting store that combines both of their successful brands.
As assistant manager, you will work closely with the store manager to lead a team of supervisors and sales assistants to ensure the effective management of a new store. As well as maximising profit, you will look to continually improve the store in line with company standards. With your motivation and drive to succeed in a fast paced and ever-changing environment, you will deliver a fantastic shopping experience to our customers.
We're looking for people who have proven experience managing teams in a retail environment. This means you can lead, motivate and encourage excellence within your team, whilst managing budgets and stock levels. Above all, you must have the will and passion to succeed in order to realise this exceptional opportunity.
