THE ROLE
To report and assist the Section Head to provide comprehensive operations of deposit, account opening and cheque clearing routines relating to commercial banking customers with the following duties to:
- Examine and ensure the account opening documents relating to deposit have been properly arranged to meet with compliance requirements
- Perform daily routines of account deposit, withdrawal and cheque clearing services
- Review and update standard operations procedures and to streamline workflow from time to time
- Conduct user acceptance test on the Bank’s core systems
- Perform operations control, cross teams supporting functions and/or other tasks as assigned by supervisors
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
- F. 7 or above and university graduate is preferred
- 6 years or above relevant banking operations experience
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
- Pro-active and work well as a team
