Assistant Manager / Managers – Financial Advisory recruitment

The role:
- Management of client outsourced consolidations
- Setting and improvement of the consolidation processes and reviews
- Assisting on Mergers Acquisitions and business combination projects
- Assisting GAAP conversion and analysis
- Management of the preparation of the annual statutory accounts
- Representing the client to local service providers, explain investment activities and structures as required; ensure a timely and quality service is provided by 3rd parties, meeting the requirements of the client
- Ensuring that robust procedures and controls are put in place and appropriate GAAP is applied
- Commercial developments
- Team management, training and coaching
To be considered for this role:
- A minimum of 3 years Audit Advisory experience gained within professional practice
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Be driven to deliver the best quality service to clients
- Hold or be studying towards a recognised accountancy qualification such as the ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent
