Assistant Manager- New Product Development- Credit Cards
The successful applicant will take an integral role in shaping the New Product Development agenda for the credit card business. The candidate will need to have the passion for change and development, combined with a strong awareness of the external credit card market. With the mix of regulation, technological change and slow economic recovery, this is a highly challenging but exciting role with a fantastic opportunity to make a difference.
Key Accountabilities
- Help develop and deliver new product propositions based on deep customer insights
- Use customer insight to build a greater understanding of consumers and inform NPD
- Help develop strong customer propositions which meet these needs
- Ensure these propositions fit with brand values, hit financial hurdles, and follow the appropriate governance
- Support the management of the pipeline of new ideas from research to delivery, working closely with change implementation and Acquisition teams
