You will be managing the development and execution of multi-billion dollar downstream projects in Joint Venture with Foreign partners, from inception to operations start up in Qatar. Key area of this role is to Act as a single point of accountability and project director who leads the multi-disciplinary teams that QP mobilizes for the development of its Joint Venture projects. Provide input to the development of the Directorate's downstream business plan including execution, planning and capturing ventures opportunities. You willbe responsible for preparation of thebudget for the department, manage /develop business competences. You will also be charged with identifying and providing input to the development of the Directorate/Department business plans by evaluating downstream opportunities in their respective market areas.
Perfil desejado:
Bachelor degree in Petroleum/Chemical Engineering
- Proven experience in the Petrochemical industryand in a SeniorManagement position
- Strong knowledge of a wide spectrum of industries, namely: refining and petrochemical industries, hydrocarbons and gas processing, clean Generation Utilities and downstream transformation industries.
- Proven and strong international projects management skills acquired preferably along a significant multinational exposure
- Broad range profile capable of embracing the whole picture and controlling the functional complexity of joint ventures
- Extensive hands-on experience in international business development and in developing downstream ventures and evaluation, including technical, financial, marketing, contractual and other relevant disciplines.
