Job Description
Provide daily operational support for Corporate Actions processing.
Key Roles Responsibilities
- Manage the risk and control for daily corporate actions processes.
- Ensure client is informed in a timely manner of all corporate actions events.
- Perform daily reconciliation and investigate any entitled holdings discrepancies and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Check and act on customer instruction and follow up on any discrpancy.
- Collect and allocate various corpoate actions entitlements to clients.
- Lead and implement various changes initiatives for corporate actions in term of system and procesing procedure.
- Liaise with Client Services team to ensure client instruction are processed timely and accurately
Qualifications Skills
- Solid Corporate Actions processing experience.
- In- depth knowledge in SWIFT usage and other corporate actions processing system.
- Self-initiative with strong problem solving skill and capable of driving change.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin will be an asset
