Assistant Manager, Transaction Banking (Product) recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Collect and define business requirements
- Delivery of effective and efficient solutions to address market needs in the product area
- Work with sales/account manager to enhance existing products or to develop new product based on customer needs and market research
- Work closely with the supporting units to develop and review product strategies, policies and procedures
- Liaise with various agencies such as third party service providers to ensure operational efficiency of the services provided
- Participate in evaluating and testing of application/system
- Design and develop local-customized solution to meet specific client’s requirements
- Ensure that all product used by clients are proper working
- Stay up-to-date with market conditions to ensure competitive Cash Management solution
- Manage product profitability (revenue, pricing, all relevant cost), volume, account balance and ensure high performance
- Maximize the use of electronic delivery channels
- Ensure utilization of up-to-date and cost effective processes
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor degree
- Business minded individual who is a self-motivator, energetic and innovative
- Self-starter, quick learner, and have motivation to learn and improve oneself
- Individual and team player
- Self-confident and performance driven
- Knowledge of cash management product and services
- Understand banking policies
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of programming would be added advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Working Experiences
- Individuals with cash management product knowledge with strong IT background
- Individuals with 2 to 3 years of product management experience
- Job experiences in operations and IT an asset
