        I.            JOB FAMILY SUMMARY
Provide support for Clarabridge processes and ensure the models are up and running and also maintain the accuracy percentage on verbatim being processed.  Maintain complete operational and process awareness of key business systems, processes and products.
      II.            PRINCIPLE REPONSIBILITIES
1.       Act as a trusted advisor to the business by providing customer care insights and recommendations derived from data and recommend actions to supported business function
2.       Develop periodic analysis and custom reports to present data in manner that enables the supported business function to take action
3.       Provide technical, process, operational support to supported business function, corporate staff and executive leadership.
4.       Judiciously work outside standard operating procedures when required to achieve positive results.
5.       Identify and engage appropriate solution resource(s) according to business function requirements and processes.
6.       Actively seek and use real-time, operational and historic data to augment resolution efforts.
7.       Seek timely resolution of identified issues and opportunities with key stakeholders through removal of barriers, encouraging communication and effective facilitation of meetings between stakeholders.
8.       Maintain operational awareness of key systems and business processes critical to support of assigned business functions.
Assist in identification and implementation of quality and efficiency improvement initiatives

        I.            QUALIFICATIONS: KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS
Education:
·         A Bachelor's or Maters degree in English.
 
Experience:  4+ Years of experience in teaching / data mining / text mining
Specialized Knowledge:
1.       Hands on experience on Clarabridge is a plus
2.       Extensively worked on data mining or text mining
Skills:
