 Assistant Manager/Manager – Corporate Finance

The company

Our client, a top ten accountancy practice is currently seeking an Assistant Manager/Manager for a permanent role within their corporate finance department. The successful candidate must have a high level of report writing experience, capable of working on their own initiative. 

The Challenge

Specific duties will involve 

• Conducting detailed financial reviews and due diligence investigations

• Financial modelling

• Liaising with clients, financial institutions and solicitors

• Preparing business plans

• Assisting with debt and equity raisings

• Assisting with sale and purchase mandates 

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have; 

• Experience in transactions services

• Report writing skills in a commercial environment

• ACA qualification with relevant business degree

• Previous experience in corporate finance or audit department of a Big 4 firm

• 2-3 years PQE 

The Compensation

Remuneration will be in line with market rate
