My client is a leading supplier of customer goods that are based in Bradford and have operations that span across the globe. The have built up a fantastic reputation and have been trading for over half a century. My client are recruiting for a payroll assistant and HR manager. This is an exciting time to join a growing organisation, which is renowned as a fantastic company to work for, and offers excellent benefits.
The role will involve both aspects of payroll and HR, and as such, candidates who apply must have experience covering both specialisms. Additionally, you will have to have the following experience:
- Dealt with the end to end payroll process
- Been responsible for compliance, HMRC legislation, PAYE, NI on earnings and benefits
- Filing and distributing P45, P46, P11D, P60
- Advised on statutory payments such as SMP, SPP, SSP, and SAP
- Ideally CIIP, IPM qualified
- Excellent customer service and administration skills
- Proficient on MS Word, Excel and other office products
