The Role
Their presence in Australia continues to grow and so does their requirement for star performers. There currently exists an opportunity for a driven self-starter to join the group working alongside and supporting Portfolio Management.
Reporting to a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Assist in the direct management and monitoring of portfolios
- FX and Equity market review and execution
- Communicate order execution between Portfolio Management and Trading
- Portfolio Operations – Corporate Actions and reconciliations
The Candidate
- You will hold a post graduate degree (MBA, Masters etc) in finance, economics, engineering or a related field and have achieved a distinction average or better.
- You will have a quantitative mind-set and will have working knowledge of SQL, VBA or Matlab.
- Previous experience in Financial Markets is desired but not necessary for the right quantitative mind.
