They are currently seeking an active and experienced Assistant to support a team of 4 Relationship Managers on the day-to-day management and growth of their portfolio.
This is an opportunity to join a very well-reputed and leading Bank for a fixed term contract of 7 months. This chance certainly presents a good foot in the door to an international and renowned firm.
Main responsibilities include:
- handling phone calls and correspondence with clients
- completing account openings
- conducting due diligence and solving compliance issues
- preparing customer visits
- liaising with securities administration, operations and other internal units
- handling general administrative tasks
To be successful in this role, you need to have finished a commercial education in a Bank. Our client is looking for a proactive and accurate candidate with strong communicational and organizational skills and between 2 and 5 years of Private Banking experience in a similar role. This role requires fluency in English and German.
