Under the direction of the Program Director, assist in planning and managing operations and staff within a specific program
Essential Functions:
Coordinate intakes from DCF for IFC, including placements; clinical supervision of clinical case managers (2-5); cover clinical case management as needed; clinical coverage supervisees as needed; share on-call clinical coverage 24/7 every other week with PD; prepare monthly census reports and other management administrative tasks; assist in program leadership as identified by PD; led team meetings and case presentations in absence of PD: management of UR system of record keeping
Qualifications:
LICSW preferred; supervisory experience; experience in therapeutic foster care and DCF/child welfare required; strong interpersonal skills
Preferred: experience with clinical and administrative supervision; strong verbal and written communication; strong organizational skills; experience in IFC or related program with acute youth; Bilingual
