Assistant Project Manager (French speaker)

Main project

 Assistance to the technical advisor with the preparation of tenders for contractors and other professional team members

Organisation of tenders when applicable

Monitoring of construction on the new site

Review and monitoring of contractors reporting work

Assistance in the organisation of surveys / site visits

Assistance with the FFE and ICT aspects of the building and monitoring of the associated budget

Attendance to all meetings (professional team, planning, borough, etc.)

Supervision of the authorisation process for the opening of the school: DfE, building control, health and safety, etc.

Working on identifying optimal VAT scheme for construction costs

Organisation of meetings with the various parties

Supervision and monitoring of contractor’s budget and expenses

Others

 Assistance with the search of new sites or premises or others (sports equipment...)

 All other ad hoc queries (including general admin tasks) in relation with the projects

This is an English speaking environment but a lot of interactions (verbal and written) with the professional team will take place in French.

You will be reporting to the Project Manager on a day to day basis
