Assistant Project Manager

One to three years commercial construction experience. Healthcare, (hospital). Must have degree in Construction related field. Demonstrated knowledge of construction processes; valid drivers license, ability to read blueprints; good understanding and knowledge of subcontractor's scopes of work and tolerances, demonstrated oral and written communications skills; ability to problem solve; team player; ability to multi-task; ability to perform light strength work.
Essential Computer Requirements: basic personal computer skills including Word processing, spreadsheets, electronic mail.
Sure Track or Primavera or MS Project experience preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Requires moderate physical activity performing somewhat strenuous daily activities of primarily product/technical nature. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk or hear, and taste or smell, climb or balance. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment is outdoors where the employee is exposed to changing weather conditions. Employee will occasionally come into contact with air contamination such as dust, fumes, smoke, toxic conditions or disagreeable odors. Employee occasionally lifts or carries items and works above ground level where the possibility of falling exists. The noise level is loud.
TRAVEL
Employee will generally be assigned on a long-term basis to a job site, which could be in the Salt Lake City area or anywhere in the U.S. Occasional overnight travel by land and/or air away from the job site or other assigned duty location may be required.
