This dynamic individual will be responsible for executing the leasing and marketing plan, application processing, program compliance/recertifications, maintenance of resident files, general office/site administration, accounts receivable/payable, and other special projects as assigned.

 

Qualifications: Superior customer service skills; Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills; Skilled in Accounts Receivable/Payable; Strong time management, follow-up, and organizational skills; and working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

 

Bi-lingual (Spanish/English), Affordable Housing experience, and knowledge of property management / Accounts Receivable software a plus.
