ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ASSISTING THE SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER IN THE DAY TO DAY OPERATIONS OF DESIGNATED COMPANY RETAIL AND OFFICE PROJECTS FOR A GROWING FAMILY OWNED COMMERCIAL PROPERTY INVESTMENT AND MANAGEMENT COMPANY WITH 15+ PROPERTIES AND 130+ TENANTS. YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

- Working with the property manager and company owners to ensure each real estate asset is managed in a first class manner. 

-Providing excellent customer service to all tenants.

 

-Coordinating and supervising work of vendors, contractors and other third parties at properties.

 

-Performing property inspections and promptly responding to property emergencies.

-Assisting in the creation and oversight of annual budgets, forecasts and property reports.

-Administering tenant leases and tenant billings.

-Coordinating tenant improvement and property improvement projects.

-Identifying property maintenance requirements and capital improvements.

-Assisting with office administrative duties.

Salary is commensurate with experience.  Strong written and verbal skills required.  Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
