Assistant Quantity Surveyor Job in Milton Keynes Mk1 1St, Home Counties Uk
An Assistant Quantity Surveyor is required to work along side an existing team for a national contractor based in Buckinghamshire. This role will ideally suit candidates with 2-5 years of Quantity Surveying experience, preferably in the new build construction sector.
The initial project will be a prestigious £12m retail and mixed use development and the role will involve working along side the Managing Quantity Surveyor on site. You will be assisting with the procurement, sub-contract orders and, when the project goes live in December, the measures and valuations.
Procurement has commenced now so the role is very much live. As such, CV's are requested to be sent in before the 25th November in order to be considered for a start early in the New Year. Renumeration will be based on experience but will fall within the £20,000 to £28,000 bracket, with an additional package.
