Assistant Relationship Manager, China Market, Private Banking, Hong Kong recruitment

To assist the Relationship Manager in providing top quality service for our clients and contacts at all times in order to preserve our strong reputation for courtesy, efficiency, and stability as well as to cultivate the bank's image and perception as service leader.

Job Duties:

Marketing Support
• Ensure that our clients are dealt with in a courteous, efficient and professional manner at all times;
• Assist the Relationship Manager to eliminate unproductive and/or doubtful relationships having regard for due diligence concerns;
• Establish new contacts through existing contacts in the business and social environment;
• Perceive cross selling potential for the CS Group;
• Attend sector meeting and other meetings called by management as a matter of priority.

Documentation / Administration
• Prepare monthly statistical reports for management;
• Prepare A/C opening documents and maintain rigid control on A/C documentation and compliance standard for Team Head/SRM/RM in order to relieve their administrative work as much as possible;
• Ensure to comply with the bank's directives and procedures with particular emphasis on due diligence, money laundering and procedures in order to protect the bank's interest;
• Ensure LNDB up-to-date and prepare client index card once A/C is opened;
• Follow-up timely on pending documents;
• Order air-ticket for Team Head's/SRM's/RM's business trip;
• Mark and check the MIT report regularly for internal use.

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Private Banking.
• Native, if not fluent in Mandarin is required, fluent in English.
