Assistant Relationship Manager recruitment
This is an exciting opportunity which requires extensive knowledge and experience of Corporate Lending in diverse areas such as Real Estate, SME and larger Corporate bodies. The focus will be on more complex lending cases, largely impaired loans and distressed debt where covnenants have been broached or are under threat, identifying strategies for maximum recovery of Bank exposure whilst both managing and restructiring the debt and maintaining the Client Relationship.
Resposibilities:
- Management of portfolio of vunerable and impaired borrower connections
- Management individuals within the team
- Ensuring that recovery and loss minimisation and recovery strategies and action plans are set for team and portfolios
- Undertake reviews of appropriate case files
- Preperation of analytical reports
- Preperation of progreess reports for all allocated cases
Requirements:
- In depth knowlwdge of of credit
- Technical Lending and Credit Analysis Skills
- Insolvency experience
- Strong management ability
