Job Duties:
- Execute internal control, L2 Reports and where required compliance projects assigned by duties assigned by Regional VP Internal Audit/Risk Function or EVP – Compliance Control, Asia Pacific.
- Implement the recommendations and processes decided by Coface Audit Department and the Risks and Compliance Department of Coface Group
- Ensure the action plan of internal audit department of CHO, Natixis, or CNCE are done within the prescribed period of the relevant action plan of the CAP (Coface Asia Pacific) entities (being audited)
- Doing all Color level 2 reports for countries assigned under your direct support
- Ensure all Color level 2 reports for CAP is done and compiled for dispatched to CHO in due time
- Carry out Business Continuity Planning in countries assigned under your direct support and monitoring BCP in place at CAP entities
- Perform, follow-up and update the risks mappings related actions plans in countries under your direct support and monitor and ensure all CAP entities do likewise
- Any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by Regional VP Internal Audit/ Risk Function or EVP, Compliance Control, Asia Pacific
Requirements:
- University degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Legal or related disciplines
- At least 2 years’ solid regional experience in implementation of internal controls and/or compliance matters preferably in insurance and/or financial institutions
- Knowledge of AML and KYC and issues arising therefrom will be useful
- Ability to analyze and solve problems arising from compliance and control matters
- Good command of written and spoke English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a must
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills
- Able to articulate the issues involved in the job and do so without any inhibitions
- Able to interact with fellow employees in a discreet and diplomatic manner but firmly as the situation requires
- Team player, well organized, able to handle multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Candidate with more years’ relevant experience will be consider for Risk Manager
