The purpose of this role is to support the Risk Insurance Advisors at ANZ Private through client, administrative and organisational support. A key responsibility of this role is to maintain the advice relationship with ANZ Private new and existing insurance clients through all forms of communication.

A key responsibility is supporting the provision of quality advice to the clients of ANZ Private by providing administrative support to the Risk Advice team. This role requires great communication skills to be able to effectively liaise with the clients of ANZ Private as well as internal stakeholders such as Private Wealth Managers and other ANZ personnel, para planners, insurance companies and underwriters.

The successful applicant will strongly match the following criteria:

Qualification Requirements
· Completion or significant progress towards completion of recognised tertiary qualifications in a business related field, e.g. Bachelor of Business, Management, Commerce or Accounting, and / or relevant industry specific qualifications.

Compliance Requirements
· Completion of DFS or equivalent (DFS 1, 2, 3, 4).
· RG 146 compliant for providing retail financial products advice.

Desired Experience Profile:
· Financial background with a good understanding of the financial services industry.
· Previous client service experience is highly desirable.
· Excellent personal organisation and time management skills, with the ability to coordinate workflow through prioritisation of tasks, diary management, etc.
· Ability to use initiative work autonomously in ensuring deadlines are met
· Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
· Demonstrated PC literacy.
· Product knowledge
· High-level communication skills, both written and verbal.
