Assistant Sales Logistics Operation

 

 

Tasks and Responsibilities

 

·         Order Management process for LG Electronics European subsidiaries;

·         Coordination with logistics service provider for physical distribution inbound and outbound;

·         Monitor logistic products process (delivery of the products by Warehouses);

·         Prepare necessary documents for export processes;

·         Maintain good communication with customers, suppliers and other departments within the organization;

·         Troubleshooting in overall purchase, sales and logistic process;

·         Logistics cost administration.

 

Person Profile

 

·         HBO/ University preferable in field of business economics and logistics;

·         0-4 Years of experience in purchasing, sales administration and operational logistics;

·         basic knowledge about International Trade, Finance and SCM;

·         Basic understanding about ERP process, MS Office applications;

·         Strong Communication skills;

·         Persuasive;

·         Positive attitude (We can do it!);

·         Intercultural awareness;

·         English, if possible: Dutch, French, German or any other European language.
