A little bit about the Role:
We are looking for a star to join the management team of one of the world’s most recognized surf brands. Based in Torquay, you will join a passionate and talented team as the store's 2IC to assist the Store Manager in achieving store KPI's in line with operational budgets. With this opportunity comes additional training with a focus on career progression within the business.

Your day to day activities will be to:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Contribute to store sales targets
- Manage stock rotation
- Perform administrative tasks including status reporting
A little bit about the You:
If you love the surf culture, have previous experience working for a surf or snow brand in at least a 2IC position and have a demonstrable ability to achieve KPI’s, basically…..we want to talk to you.
Further requirements:
- Well presented, organised and articulate
- Possess a driven and positive attitude
- Naturally lead by example and mentor staff
- Understanding of inventory management
