As the Assistant Store Manager your primary responsibilities will include:
- Motivate, coordinate and lead a successful team of sale people.
- Forecast, plan and prioritise daily work and resource requirements
- Maintain high standards of merchandise presentation and housekeeping, in line with business standards and customer expectations.
- Manage merchandise through product lifecycle seasonality.
