Currently seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager, a great step up for the non full time 2IC or a 2IC that has always wanted Jewellery to play with every day and be paid for it. Come and work and a professional and friendly environment learn everything there is to learn about the industry and learn with a leading Jewellery retailer.
The Role:
- Annual Salary: $38 - $40K + super
- Roster: Work Sunday to Thursday (Fri / Sat standard RDOs)

The Requirements:
- Ideally a minimum of 2years experience in specialty retail
- Sales experience and proven success in retail is essential
- Team leadership experience with the ability to coach a team
- Performance management experience both the good and the bad
- Completion of Frontline Cert IV would be highly regarded
