Assistant Store Manager training differs from Store Manager training in that assistants are trained by their home store managers at their own pace for their first 60 days.  After the initial 60 days of training is complete, Assistant Store Managers then enter into our more formal training program held in a "Certified Training Store" for 2 additional weeks.
