Jimmy John's is coming to Helena and is seeking ambitious, hard-working, reliable managers. Managers will control all functions of a Jimmy John's restaurant to guarantee customer service and high-quality products are delivered to ensure restaurant profitability when the General Manager is not on duty. Managers are responsible for the successful execution of fast, accurate sandwiches and world-class customer service while maintaining a clean, organized shift.
Jimmy John's is the fastest growing food franchise in America, with over 1300 stores open across the country. Our particular franchise has stores in Great Falls and Missoula already and is looking forward to bringing our great sandwiches to Helena. With this rapid growth, and more stores in the works, there are advancement opportunities for top-notch managers.
This is an Assistant Manager position. The wage/salary will be determined based on qualifications. Full time managers will also be eligible for health benefits. There is also a competitive bonus system in place--the more $ the store makes, the more money you make(no cap)! The person we hire will be sent to do 1 week of paid training in Great Falls or Missoula.
Managers must be able to work long hours, as well as nights and weekends This not a clipboard-holding job--we make sandwiches! Experience is a plus, but hard work and integrity are the main ingredients for success.
