Responsibilities

· Embraces and promotes Coldwater Creeks’ standards of exceptional customer service through Personal Shopper and One Creek programs as well as measuring and improving results in Customer Experience Evaluations.
· Achieves metrics and holds self and team accountable for driving results.
· Manages change through communication and positive support of all company initiatives.
· Maintains integrity of Coldwater Creek’s brand identity through compliance with visual and operational directives.

· Ability to anticipate and plan for long term staffing needs. Partners with Store Manager to source, recruit and build a team with complementary strengths and skill sets needed to deliver the CWC experience.

· Able to coach in a team setting and manage performance through company tools.

Direct Report-Store Manager Supervises-Leads and Sales Associates
Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years experience managing a minimum $2M specialty retail business preferred
· Experience in a leadership role managing a staff in excess of 20 persons preferred
· Customer focused, team oriented with strong interpersonal skills (i.e. effective listening and clear communication skills)
· Merchandising/visual skills; experience with specialty retail apparel and home accessories
· Ability to work on their feet in a fast paced environment for extended periods of time.
· Ability to lift 25 pounds, to bend and climb ladders in order to do floor sets, backroom activities and store maintenance.
· Ability to solve problems and manage conflict
· Detail oriented, conscientious, thorough and reliable
· Extreme flexibility and adaptability to work weekends and overtime
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong working knowledge of POS systems, Word and Excel preferred
