Assistant Store Manager - Retail Operations - Las Vegas, NV
As a member of the store leadership team, the primary objectives of this position are to increase sales, control expenses and sell distressed product by assisting the store manager with operations including office (human resources, financial and cash handling), logistics, warehouse, and maintenance. Will assist in other areas as needed, such as overseeing specific departments. Establish control-related standards and procedures.
Education/Experience: Years of Related Professional Experience: 2-5. 4-year college degree preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
Operations and/or retail merchandising experience preferred.
Experience with apparel preferred. Skills: Solid technical experience with ability to operate store computer and systems
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with strong interpersonal skills
Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Deliver exceptional customer service
Strong leadership ability
Accuracy with attention to detail.
