Position:  Assistant Store Manager – Union Station

Job Responsibilities:

·         Supports sales objectives

·         Performs daily activities of operating a specialty retail store

·         Sets the standard of a superior level of customer service and sales volume

·         Maintains visual merchandising standards

·         Motivates staff and leads by example

·         Protects the security of cash, inventory, and other company assets according to guidelines and directives

·         Brings positive recognition to the SWATCH brand through effective communication, enthusiastic attitude and professionalism

Qualifications:

·         Strong retail experience:  operations and sales focus

·         Creative approach to problem solving

·         Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

·         Team-oriented

·         Sense of responsibility and accountability

·         Proactive attitude

·         All candidates should have at least 1-2 years of specialty retail supervisory experience or combination of Keyholder and Sales Associate experience
