ASSISTANT SYNDICATE ACCOUNTANT recruitment

Main Purpose of Job:

- To undertake regulatory and monthly management reporting in respect of certain Lloyd’s entities in support of the Finance Manager, as required.

Key Tasks

- Preparation of input data for filing of all Lloyds Regulatory returns for Lloyd’s Syndicates to Lloyd’s
- Responsible for day-to-day finance function of service companies including reporting underwriting transactions
- Assisting with the planning and production of monthly and quarterly accounting information, syndicate annual reports, accounts, and financial schedules.
- Syndicate Book-keeping.

To apply for this role you must have proven experience of recent Lloyd’s syndicate and general management accounting. Familiarity and experience of Lloyd’s reporting requirements (Lloyd’s returns/ QMA), including involvement in the preparation of Core Lloyd’s Market Returns is highly beneficial.
