Assistant Technical and Training Manager recruitment

Top 20 Accountancy Practice is seeking an Assistant Technical Manager to join their team for a period of 12 Months. You will be working closely with the partner, manager and administrator. The duties of the role are shared among the partner and you the assistant manager.

You will be required as the Assistant Technical Manager to be able handle large amounts of work load, be responsible for important tasks and be able to successfully deliver with high standards.

Your duties as the Assistant Technical Manager will be involved in financial reporting and the companies audit procedures and also deal with any ethical issues, you will be involved in the upgrade of audit methodology and development of reports, writing company bulletins and manage all aspects of the quality contract procedure. You will be heavily involved in the training aspects of the company dealing with new recruits and graduates.

In order to be successful for this role you must have knowledge and understanding of financial reporting and auditing standards, also have some knowledge of a specialist area for example: Pensions. You must be a qualified accountant. You must have recent experience of working in audit with large multinational companies and exposure to both UK GAAP and IFRS
