Assistant to the Executive Assistant

The Role:
We are looking for an Assistant to join Bloomberg's President CEO's Office. The successful person will thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment, be proactive in their approach, extremely organized, ability to handle confidential information and diplomatic in dealing with others.. They will ensure the department's administrative processes run smoothly and communications are clear.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Bloomberg's President and CEO's office
- Meeting scheduling
- Coordinating and organizing high-level conference calls and video conferences
- Arranging travel
- Heavy filing
- Database management
- Prepare correspondence for mailings
- Ad hoc administrative support
- Will also provide some support to the Chief of Staff's Assistant

Skills Required:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- A minimum 5 year experience as an executive assistant
- Good oral and written communication skills required
- Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
