The idea candidate will meet the following minimum requirements:
Accounting degree, but CPA preferred
7 years of public accounting and private sector experience combined with at least 2 years in public accounting
Strong Excel and Power Point skills
Experience creating analytical models
Experience preparing financial reporting for higher levels of management
Has directly managed others
Proven track record or process improvement
History of professional advancement
