• Support underwriters and agents in accessing the breadth of our products and markets
• Use cutting-edge technology to deliver high quality service to agents and agencies
• Bind risk, post the invoice and process technical data into ConceptOne as well as other on-line formats.
• Screen renewals and send out renewal letters
• Screen renewal applications, perform some of the underwriting and prepare the quotes for underwriter approval
• Be responsible for ensuring the correct technical data on a risk is input into ConceptOne

WE EXPECT THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE TO:

• Maintain producer files including distribution of marketing brochures and mailing contract information to new producers
• Maintain quality of end product verifying prepared documents follow established procedures
• Have knowledge of and perform computer data entry of quotations, binders and related support documents
• Be technologically savvy and data driven
• Assist underwriters in producing business in assigned territories
• Verify inspection bills and maintain bordereau for reimbursement
• Handle endorsement requests and referrals to the underwriter as necessary
• Handle bordereau reports and follow up with necessary parties for missing information
• Follow up for any outstanding information needed to complete the underwriting file
• Order and follow up on inspections and referral for the underwriter as necessary
• Complete project work as assigned by underwriter

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 2 years of Property Casualty underwriting support experience

QUALIFICATIONS THAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED:

• Insurance experience in underwriting support with excess and surplus lines preferred
• B2B Sales Marketing experience preferred
