Assistant Vice President – Client Strategy & Management recruitment

Role Description:

Drive overall Global Banking client strategy initiatives within the Investment Banking business, requiring breadth of understanding of the business and clients within the region and globally
Ensure delivery of significant client strategy projects across Investment Banking, while partnering with other team members to ensure consistency across Global Banking
Contribute to priority client and franchise review processes from Investment Banking perspective and work with relevant business heads to ensure execution of follow ups
Work with management and coverage bankers to identify and track key business opportunities, initiatives and priority clients
Drive analysis of league table performance and track significant business won and lost within the Region
Drive client planning for key Global Banking and Investment Banking clients
Lead Wallet analysis for Regional Investment Banking Business
Contribute to Management Presentations as required
Partner with Finance colleagues to analyse management metrics to identify trends, set benchmarks and track progress against strategic initiatives within Investment Banking
Partner with Technology and Knowledge Services to ensure the continued development of Client Relationship Management tools
Role is based in Singapore

Requirements:

Good knowledge of Banking business
Confident in dealing with Bankers and Management
Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and oral
Strong analytical skills
Flexible and able to work under pressure
Able to complete tasks with minimal supervision, either individually or as part of a team
Ability to escalate problems promptly to team manager to enable swift resolution
Strong eye for detail, able to deal with large amounts of data and information
Excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills
Singapore-based candidates currently working in Chief of Staff office or Staff Officers to C-suite level bankers preferred
