Assistant Vice President – Change PMO Specialist/CXO Support recruitment

Key responsibilities of the role

1.Managing the running of the regional Programme Management Office.

2.Supporting the established approach and governance model.

3.Experience in detail resourcing financial analysis (BoW Funding, Programme Cost (Direct/Indirect/Capex/Accruals), Headcount, Forecast etc.)

4.Support the analysis and delivery of information around the change book of work, interlocks with IT, and the various investment governance forums.

5.Follow up with product lead or delivery leads on queries and data, and then collate it back into a professional’s analysis with conclusions and actions.

6.Preparation of all necessary MI for various stakeholders and levels of Management on a regular and ad hoc basis.

7.Respond to queries from investment governance or senior management.

8.Ability to distil and summarise large amounts information and clearly articulate key information to senior management.

Preferred qualification PMP, ITIL, Prince 2
