Assistant Vice President – Client Service, Payments and Cash Management recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Serving as the key contact point for the assigned client portfolio.
- Providing proactive Payments and Cash Management account management services, formulating solutions to meet client's needs as well as advising on the usage of the products.
- Working closely with RMs and Cash Sales to ensure client satisfaction and grow business opportunities.
- Developing an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the client's requirements, providing value added services to strengthen relationship and address clients' needs.
- Participating in Client Service group wide projects and initiatives to position the bank in providing top-notch client services.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Global Transaction Services gain within Corporate Banking
- Excellent communication skills and solid relationship management skills
- Strong knowledge in Cash Management and Payment products, services and operations
- Analytical mind with strong strategic mindset
- Presentable, confident and client-oriented
- Fluent in oral English and Cantonese. Mandarin is an added advantage
