A reputable Asset Manager from a leading reputable organization is looking for a quality compliance individual to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Manage regulations for compliance in the Asset Management Division
- Aid senior management on risk and compliance related matters
- Responsible for trade surveillance and compliance monitoring tests
- Deal with SFC and SEHK in regards to licensing and any related inquiries
- Participate in change and project related duties
Requirements
- Degree holder in Accounting or Law
- Between 3-5 years experience in compliance in a financial institution, preferably asset management
- Solid Experience in security laws and operations
- Candidate must be independent, self-motivated, and detail-minded
- Trace record in managing a team and dealing with senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
